Vacations provide the perfect time to get away, take some time off and simply enjoy yourself, and the last thing you want to deal with is your period……
Many of us choose to take Vacations during the summer since it’s the best time to get the whole family together but in the mist of the planning, the packing, the booking and the traveling you may just forget about your period. Or in some cases it can even come unexpectedly without warning to visit during your trip.
A few months ago I dealt with a similar situation, my boyfriend and I were relaxing in Hawaii when all of a suddenly Aunt Flo came to town. I’ll be honest in saying I typically use an app to track my period and we purposely booked the trip around me not having it during that time, but of course sometimes your period can have a mind of it’s. So whether I liked it or not, she was going on vacation with us.
Now I had two choices, I could either sit and let me monthly friend bum me out, or I could still decide to have fun regardless.
