The Modern Family actress was spotted at the Target for Toms launch event showing off her newly dyed locks which played off perfectly next to her daring red lips.
It appears that blonde hair might once again be having a moment since just a few weeks ago Pretty Little Lairs Lucy Hale showed off her new ombre blonde tresses via instagram.
Along with posting pics of her new do, Sarah also claims she’s trying to unleash her inner Beyonce by going blonde.
