She was spotted earlier this morning outside the ABC Studios for her appearance on ‘Good Morning America rocking the black & white trend with her Miley spin of course. Her look included all white fur colored high-wasited shorts, a black cropped top which featured I Heart NY on the front, and smoking thigh-high black boots. She opted for red lips to match her red bottom boots.
