Michelle Williams Debuts New Undercut Haircut. Michelle is out with the old and in with the new. She showed off a bold new haircut by changing up her usually blonde pixie, into an edgy new haircut. If you’re not familiar with an undercut, it’s a style that keeps one side shaven/ short, while the other is kept long. She debuted her new look last night while attending the Kate Young For Target launch at The Old School in New York.
