Now a days, vibrant hair colors can be seen everywhere, and even though most celebs have toned it done since the winter season, a clear sign that bold colors will once again return with warmer weather is Miley’s new look. She showed off her new hair color of the weekend, which is a fun mixture of blue-ish grayish tints and exposed brown roots. Although the look may only be temporary, Miley went to  twitter, stating – “Just went a bit heavy on the shimmer lights ha ha,” we still think the look is worth talking about.
