She was spotted yesterday heading to Catch Restaurant in the Meatpacking District of New York City wearing a black high-low hem skirt. The skirt was quite unique since it contained ruffles at the bottom creating an extremely flared effect. To top off her skirt Ri Ri paired a simple basic graphic white-t and flared out the bottom just a tad in order to match her skirts silhouette.
