China Glaze 2013 Summer Neons On The Shore Nail Polish Collection. Just when we thought Neon hues were so last year, China Glaze introduces their new Neons on the shore collection. Hitting stores in April of 2013, the collection will feature 12 new neon shades ranging in the form of jelly, and creme finishes.
